TYPES OF RIGHTS AVAILABLE

Rights-Managed licenses images

Rights-managed images are licensed on a use-by-use basis. The calculated fee for using the product is based on several factors including size, placement, duration of use and purpose. When you order an image, we will asked you to submit information that will specify the usage rights to be granted. You can use our price calculator to determine the exact price.

Editorial image use

Editorial image rights are licensed on a use-by-use basis. Images used in an "editorial" manner means that the use is related to events that are newsworthy or of general public interest. All other use of images are licensed, such as any commercial, promotional, advertising or merchandising use, Rights-Managed License Agreement and the related invoice will apply.

Preview Use

POPPEIMAGES™ permits that some electronic files of its watermarked images may be used for free of charge for a limited duration, if they are used only for noncommercial use, personal use and solely for test or sample purposes. Images with visible watermark may be used to create materials for proofing presentations to clients. Images are not licensed for use in final projects, whether for internal or external use, a right managed license should be obtained.
